I had an email from a bloke who received a postcard or some other promotional piece about the upcoming seminar saying…..

” Why would I put my valuable time at risk with your approach?”

And my initial reaction was to think, ‘well with an attitude like that, you probably shouldn’t'  but i caught myself and thought, wait a minute, this guy doesn’t know me from a bar of soap, and I bet he gets about 20 emails, letters, flyers, brochures and magazines every day SAYING they can help him, and I also bet, he’s taken a few people up on their offer and, like all of us, gotten less than the promised results.

So I pulled my head out of my bottom and thought to myself, I will answer his question 100%, and not just flip it off as another one of the 90%+ that don’t respond to a marketing campaign. That would be the easy way out.

So I wanted to give some real reasons, why this training is worth the investing of a day (because as you can see the cost of the ticket is just enought to cover the room hire, no one is getting rich off $83 tickets, when the two speakers are having to come from overseas)

- Firstly, I would gauge a speaker not on what he or she SAYS they can do, but on the trail of success you see scattered in the wake after they are done. I would challenge that in Australia in the last two years, very few trainers have the success stories that I have. Up until recently, in the last few years, we have suffered what some long termers describe as the worst market in the last 20 years, and my guys have been excelling. Some of the best and most successful names in Australian Real Estate give credit to some or much of their success to the principles and strategies I have shared with them. (and I’m bringing one of them with me)

That being said, my style is NOT for everyone. I’m not a professional speaker in any way. In fact, I’ve made UNprofessional a viable option and have almost proven that UNprofessional can work as well, or maybe better than a stuffy shirted ‘ professional’ apporoach. Ok, not exactly, but I just wanted to make the point that if you want a professional, polished ‘ key note speech, then definitely this isn’t the seminar for you. Now, next point….

- Chris Gilmour, my guest, pulled off what some thought to be impossibe. In his first year in real estate he had a good year, approximately $130,000. In his second year $880,000, in his thrid and every year since, he has done over $1mill and has worked less hours every year since, and still maintained the seven figures.

In his first year or so he found my CD’s and from his second year until now, Chris has been in my coaching program, implementing and honing his craft and now speaks on stages around the world sharing exactly what he does and how he executed it. His part of the day is really a ‘ come for this part alone’  kind of thing.

- But the list doesn’t stop at Chris. Michael Spillane, one of the world’s top (RE/MAX top 15 internationally), Andrew Reibelt, Aaron Shiner, Mat Steinwede, Michael Choi, Jet Xavier, Greg Vincent, Lisa Tremolada, Jay Standley…I mean, have a look at some of the case study testimonials on that page I sent you to. Frankly, I couldn’t afford to get these people to lie for me. They are million dollar performers in some cases. Maybe google ‘ glenn twiddle testimonials’  and see the list of people who sing my praises. It’s a long list, and then google ‘glenn twiddle complaint’ , and you’ll see it’s a very short list.

- in fact, once a bloke did complain, and before he very meekly removed the post from facebook, my team captured the thread. Have a look at how my students (without prompting from me) jumped to my defense. (iterally I was in tears when I witnessed this outpuring of support from people whose lives I’d helped in some way)

But really at the end of the day, probably the best thing to do is watch this, see if this feels right for you, and maybe call, email or facebook message some of the people who you see singing my praises and ask them what their thoughts are, and then for a very low investment of money, and yes a significant investment of a day of your time, come and see what all the fuss is about. Have a look at this….

So if you’d like to join us, we’d be honoured, all the details are on this page (the case studies, etc PLUS the buttons to reserve your tickets)

  1. If you choose to correct them then they will think
they are getting in trouble for doing whatever it is that they are doing at
that point in time. If you are concerned about not being able to give
your child these experiences due to money or any other reason, don’t fret.
Providing plenty of fluids can help prevent constipation and discomfort in bowel movement.

  7. That is why it is good to look at what your competition is doing
and mimic them. Car service in Bradbury workshops does
not take as much time as the car owners think.
Most of us know how to drive our cars but know little about
the complex workings that go on under the bonnet,
or in the computer systems of our car.
